Counting With God Day 31

As I am now in the 31st day of the count to Pentecost, I am overwhelmed with the wisdom of the Most High. Everywhere around us we are being bombarded with our invisible enemies residue, yet the silent truth that should be shouted from the roof tops is the amount of people who have overcome this disease.  To watch the news you would think we were losing this battle, but the numbers indicate that even from the beginning we have been winning.  We are not hearing the overwhelming testimony of the majority of people who fought corona and won. In our digital age where we can track everybody’s steps we are not hearing the voice of the majority, uncovering how they crossed over and we have to ask ourselves why?  Rather than building on the wisdom from our past everyone is being told to put his or her hope on something that has been and still is experimental that is yet to come.

The most unprecedented act that I can see is not Corona, as pandemics have occurred all the way back to biblical times.  What was supposed to be a two-week break has turned into a two-month nightmare that has led to more and more uncertainty, conjuring up more questions than answers.  In the wake of all this lapse of time yet we still have no data.  We can say worldwide 98% of those who have gotten this virus has gotten over it with mild or no symptoms but yet, not enough data.   Perhaps we are not asking the right questions, or the right people the right questions.

President Trump rightly termed this thing “the invisible enemy” and I would like to build on that premise because here is where we are losing out on a monumental opportunity to see this thing turn around.  If we were facing a country for instance would we build our countries morale by focusing on the number of casualties?  Please don’t get me wrong, I am in no way minimizing the value of the lives of those who have died from or been impacted by this disease, but what I am saying is those of us who are still alive have to have a greater value in life itself then awaiting a vaccine that may or may not work, and furthermore won’t be available until next year, and lets be real clear, many people are uncomfortable taking.  This being the case we know that our past way of handling those who died at war was to honor them, memorialize them, but put our focus on our victories, not on our defeats.

Being that pandemics are not new lets talk about that for a minute.  Before the world of vaccines we had pandemics and like this one they too suffered losses, but amazingly those who seemed to weather it was able to do so by changing the terrain from within their bodies until that which threatened them from without had passed on.  In the bible you had those who had leprosy, there was no man-made elixir that cured it, there were men of God who obeyed the voice of God in directing those who were sick to do simple things to be healed.  (2 Kings 5)

We should never get away from the simplicity that is in Christ.  Diseases like Rickets it wasn’t cured by pumping toxins into the blood stream, but it was a vitamin deficiency that caused it, and thus adding what the body needed that it was lacking cured it.  What I am saying is let’s not skip over some obvious options.  Let’s love humanity enough to at least consider solutions that we know won’t hurt us, before we move towards the more drastic treatments that we can’t predict its benefits or its detriments.

The part of all this that overwhelms me with the wisdom of the Most High is that the very things that I see in my world today was written in His word thousands of years ago.  He is speaking if we will not be afraid of anyone or anything but Him.  This disease has a name, and His name is above even it.  If we will take the time to count our blessings, open our eyes and our ears to His word and his voice we will see how He is carrying us through this.

We DO NOT have to be afraid of the terror by night nor of the noisome pestilence that walketh in darkness. (Psa. 91) I realize that darkness can be intimidating, not having data, knowledge, or understanding in a situation like this is scary, but we have something much greater than data, we have the Teacher living and moving inside of us, this Teacher understands all and knows all, and if we will listen to Him he will direct us when and where to go, what, and how to do what we need to do.  In this time of counting don’t forget where your help comes from.  I can tell you I have probably made a thousand mistakes that could have made me vulnerable to this virus from the moment I knew it was in my area, but I know the ONE who keeps me, directs me, and order my steps.  If we know Him we can walk in darkness, and shine forth His light.

Let us not stop searching for truth, nor give up on the simple wisdom of God.  Let us look at this as a time to prepare ourselves as good soldiers spirit, soul, and body for the battle ahead, because even the invisible enemy must bow to the Ever Present Most High YHVH!!

Preparing For Eternity

I created a podcast to share information and find solutions for the care of those suffering from Dementia related illnesses, as well as for reversing and preventing the disease. This podcast however deals with a much more important aspect of life, what happens after life. Planning for eternity is something we should all do. I hope this podcast inspires you to do just that.

The Real Expense of Our Baggage

Anyone who pays for luggage today to travel by plane, but has lived long enough to remember the days when luggage was a free commodity can understand just how much things have changed.   The days of 25 cents to mail a letter has now long since gone, for sure the transport of weight is at an all time high premium for those of us who travel or ship cargo. Today luggage is very costly to transport by plane and regardless of how valuable your things are to you, you will either have to pay the cost for your weight or lighten your load. Yah is the first one to encourage us to travel light, both physically and spiritually. Scripture is replete with encouragement to cast our spiritual weights upon him, to lay down every weight that so easily besets us, and to carry neither purse nor script when we are being led by him. (1 Pe 5:7; Heb. 12:1; Luk 10:4; Mar 6:8; Luk 22:35-36)

Messiah understood and walked in this weightless provision. When money was needed for taxes he paid from the mouth of a fish not from a wallet in his pocket. (Matt. 17:27) Weights not only cost you money, but it weighs you down. Those who have more then they can carry find themselves challenged with understanding what’s really important in life. They’ll fill their barns to the full with stuff that will out live their ability to use them. They’ll lie to themselves and others, cheat whomever they have to to hold on to what’s not important and in the process lose access to what is. We give more value to the things we possess in this life then the relationships we have. The man who can live his life not attached to these things will not only lighten his load but free himself up to care about the things that are important to God.

Consider “forever homes”, the issue I have with forever homes is the mental block it sets up resident in a persons mind to accept. We will give power to a house that’s sole purpose for existing is to accommodate the needs that our families have into some sort of unholy shrine that we must defend and preserve at all cost. A home fulfills a purpose like clothes fulfill a purpose if that home fulfills that purpose for you until you die you keep it, but if like clothes that become too small you pass it down to someone else, when homes outlive there purpose in your life you should not allow the home that blessed you to become the house that buries you.

To die for a friend is noble to die for a cause is admirable, to die for things is foolish. Father Abraham understood that what God gives you; you don’t have to fight to hold on to. While he was given much, nothing he was given had him. Thus it is said of him that he was looking for a city whose builder and Maker is God. (Heb. 11:10) What exactly are we looking for? Do we set ourselves up for failure when we look for those things in the things we possess, including our home? Sure we do and many of us will drive ourselves mad trying to hold on to something that God is trying to pry from our hands. Not because God hates us, but because He has something else for us. He is exposing the unholy attachments that we have placed in our lives so that we can free our resources, our minds, and ourselves to fulfill His purpose for our lives.

What is the fascination with things anyway? Think about it, the things that we struggle to acquire in life rob us of valuable time doing and spending with the people that we say matter most. This is why we have to be reminded that life doesn’t consist of the abundance of things that we possess, but it does consist of something are we missing that something that life does consist of? (Luke 12:15) He who puts his trust in riches will be shamed, but he who puts his trust in the Lord will never be ashamed. We are so weighed down in this world with so many things that even airplanes have to extract money from us to carry it, which should tell us something?

What are you worrying about today? Or more appropriately put what load are you carrying that is weighing you down? You may not be struggling with sin, but you have so much baggage that you can’t see the forest amidst the trees? There is a call that the Lord is giving us, and that call is to lay down our burdens at his feet, if we say we trust God in any area of our life we are called to stand by that trust regardless of what it looks like or feels like. If we are suffering from unbelief, then He doesn’t mind us asking Him to help us with our unbelief. Consider this what do we have to lose trusting him with our baggage? Is worrying, anxiety, and the distractions of daily living getting us closer to where we want to be in life? If it isn’t then clearly we are doing something wrong, and perhaps Yah is allowing it to consume us so that we can see that we aren’t able to bear it and we will finally give it to him before He has to pry it from our closed fists.

Consider the complexity of the universe we have inherited. How seasons come and go regardless of any preparation by us, yet like clockwork we know what to expect in winter and what to expect in the summer. Now, if God can handle the complexities of the universe causing the cycles of seasons to continue to evolve from one side of heaven to another why do we have problems giving him the stress of our mess to place in order? He is finite we are not, the one weight that we must contend with is the weight of the limited seconds, minutes, hours, and days we have on this earth, and while every year we commemorate our birth we simultaneously are made aware of the reality of our death which is to come. Question is, when that day comes will we be found faithful and will we be ready? I myself endeavor to be ready, and naked I came into this world, and naked shall I return into the loving arms of my Creator. Let’s not let our end be the only time that we lighten our load. Let’s endeavor to lighten our load today and experience the freedom that living footloose and fancy free can bring.

Do You Cheat or Treat Yourself?

Many of us cheat ourselves out of life, but we don’t realize it because the terminology we use to do it is “treat” ourselves.  This teaching challenges us to “treat” ourselves by living in a way that will lead to health and life.  Sustained change in our eating habits require that we change the confessions that we make which leads us to making repeatedly poor choices.  If you want to change how you eat you must first change how you think.

This book was like my bible for eating.  The 3 principles that Dr. Rex Russell sets forth is biblically sound, scientifically documented, and easy to follow.  You will be hard-pressed to find an easier plan to follow in achieving a well balanced diet for life.  In a society that focuses on eliminating (carbs, meat, dairy, etc…) this well put together book focuses on what the purpose of food is, and how the bible lays out this life giving plan for us.

I read this book during a time when I was going through hell on earth.  I was between what would end up being six surgeries total and looking for answers that would not leave me dependent on the medical system to stay well.  You will want this practical guide in your library of books.  It is a resource that you will want to depend on regularly.  In this book he gives you multiple witnesses to the benefits of God’s plan for your health and well being.  This book will rebuild your faith, will serve as a guide to determine if any other health information you encounter is sound, and will help you transform the health of your family if you apply them to your life.  Simple, doable, and affordable.  Anyone serious about being healthy should own it and read it.  The format of the book reads like a text book which makes it easy to go directly to the section you need making it an excellent resource book.

Finding My Way Out Of Endo

cave-555727_1920So I haven’t had to deal with any pain or other issues with endometriosis since 2001.  I have read countless testimonies online about the battle with this disease for so many women.  But I know it is the favor of God that has kept me from making this part time headache a full time job.  However, the last few weeks I have been getting that oh so familiar feeling but this time not during my cycle, and coupled with constipation.  Unfortunately, IBS has been a battle since my surgeries.  Bouts of diarrhea and constipation coupled with occasional cramping would become an occasional unwanted guest in my day.  After the surgeries I had in 2001 I already had my mind made up that the only physician’s prescription I will follow is that of the Great Physician, Messiah Yahushah.

Although I have had constipation before I never recalled it causing me to have that sort of pain before.  That is when I perceived Yah was revealing to me that the constipation I was experiencing was the culprit for the pain.  When I relieved the constipation, I relieved the pain.  Unfortunately, it took an enema to do the trick.  I can’t remember the last time I used one of these, but I assure you it is not the path I would choose to alleviate it, but desperate times cause for desperate measures.  So I went everywhere looking for one of those old fashion water bottle kits, had no luck finding one.  Everything is linked back to already created elixirs, so I had to turn to ordering online what I needed.  However, until then I ended up getting the already put together kit of saline solution and it worked.  It took about half a day before the pain completely vanished from seering up my right leg, and that is when I came to the conclusion that constipation could be irritating the inflammation, causing the pain.  I had already been daily drinking smoothies with berries and radishes but this pain was still coming. It was only when I was able to get the sewage out of my system that I experienced relief.  The constipation hasn’t gone completely away, yet, but the pain sure has.  Once my kit comes in I will keep you posted on what mix I used and if it is helping.  I will probably post my results on http://www.essentialtreasures247.wordpress.com.

Guilt free No bake Cheesecake

  • 2 containers Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread Daiya (Dairy-Free)daiya
  • 3/4 cup coconut butter (dairy free version) or organic butter (less expensive version)
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. natural vanilla extract (clear or white is best but regular vanilla extract can also be used)
  • 2/3 cup sugar (organic cane sugar is better option)
  • 4 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)

Torie’s Topping

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup of organic cane sugar or honey to taste
  • 2 graham cracker crusts or can make crust yourself in Aluminum free pan (glassware) for healthier option from organic graham crackers
*Note: Coconut butter, also known as coconut manna, can be found in many grocery stores in the nut butter aisle. It is not the same thing as coconut oil.
This recipe comes from here, with a few additions from me.
  1. In a blender or food processor, add the coconut butter (or butter), water, lemon juice, vanilla, coconut shavings and sugar. Blend until completely smooth (about 2 min.)
  2. With an electric beater, whip the Daiya Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread until smooth. Add the smooth coconut butter paste and beat until fully incorporated.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and pour into the cream cheese mixture. Beat until fully combined.
  4. Spread onto prepared crust and let sit covered in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  5. In a saucer cook frozen berries with 2 tbsp of water to prevent scorching, add sugar after berries begin to form its own liquid. Be sure to cover while cooking until liquid forms then add sugar.

Being Spiritually Grounded

I want to make it clear to my readers, that while I promote the use of therapeutic Grade oils because of its purity, I want it to be known that lasting healing comes from God (YHWH), it is a gift to the believer paid for by the stripes on Yahushah’s back. (Isa. 53:5) It is important to look at oils the same way we look at food. Doctors will tell you consistently that many autoimmune diseases can be prevented or treated by a healthy diet and exercise. Essential oils are naturally an extension of that and like food you will only reap the full benefit without any undesirable side effects by eating it as provided by the Father, the right way, in the right quantity, grown in right conditions. Essential oils require the same thing in order to reap the benefits, they need to be separate from chemical constituents, solvents, and harmful ingredients that are counterproductive to health in order for us to maximize the greatest benefit.  The right food produces healthier cells, the wrong food produces sick cells, the right oils promote healthy cell regeneration the wrong ones promote sick cell regeneration and since oils are highly concentrated you multiply in time and quality whichever one you choose to use.

I do not support or endorse New Ageism on any level it is idolatry.  However, because like food, and herbs, oils are used in pagan practices as well a distinction must be made between that which is profane and that which is holy. Scripturally, children of Israel were instructed to use oils and we know that then like today, the use of oils were not limited to those who were YHWH’s children.  Nevertheless, to discredit the benefit of oils on the basis of it being used by pagan religions would be the equivalent of saying that all animal sacrifices are of the devil, completely ignoring the fact that Yah told the children of Israel to offer them to Him. The distinction being Yah reveals details concerning where, who, how, and what sacrifices were acceptable to Him. Hence, this article deals with the importance of being Spiritually grounded so that you won’t be a false apostle sharing this information and you won’t get caught up in the deception pushing a name brand rather than the Name that is above every name. My support of any company is based on their commitment to quality and them taking no stance concerning religion is preferred rather than them taking a stance against Christianity.  However, be it known this day that if any company that I support are found to practice the use of essential oils in a manner contrary to scripture those practices will not be used by me.

Having said that I have discovered, that the company that I purchase my oils from do borrow some of their uses of the oils from pagan traditions.  As a result I do not support using essential oils in that fashion and will no longer offer Raindrop Technique as a service to my customers.  This is not to say that I won’t use the oils for therapeutic purposes.  I will keep my use and promotion of the oils centered on the wisdom of scripture along with the caution that scripture reveals concerning it.

For good cause, Paul addresses this issue as it relates to eating things offered to idols. We (Believers) know that an idol is nothing and that it all comes from God. (1 Cor. 8:4-7) Essential oils come from God they are not something that Hindu’s or Buddha can take credit for unless we give it to them. How can this become an issue? Paul specifies clearly, if our eating causes another brother to stumble. Here in lies the dilemma in sharing the oils with others when we use terminology that is associated with Pagan use of the object it opens the door to use the oils for pagan practices and opens the door to possibly even more dangerous arena’s if we aren’t prayerful and led in how we share, and very important shed light on the truth concerning those who are connecting this to pagan practice.  We must be careful what terminology we use, because when we use the names that have been originated by pagan practices we give credence to them and substantiate their ritual. We must endeavor to keep our language biblical so that in doing so the only source anyone who engages in communication will have to rely on is what does scripture say concerning it.

The issue is simply this, laying on of hands is not a sin, however, if we are engaging in it in a way other than that which is prescribed by the Great Physician then we enter into dangerous territory. Like in our nation ignorance of the law is not an excuse and thus we must repent. On the other hand if we associate that which is of God falsely to that of an idol we are equally guilty and our lack of knowledge of scripture and embracing of all that Yah has made available for us could cause someone to die that Yah desired to live because we failed to embrace all that scripture has said concerning healing and health. Thus the instructions of Proverbs, brings clarity, that in all our getting let us make sure we get an understanding. (Prov. 4:7)

How do we dishonor our Head in using the oils?

The same way we dishonor our head when we eat, because herbs, and oils are things that were in times past and are currently used by both believers and nonbelievers in cooking and for health. What made those in 1 Cor. 8 as we just read weak? They associated the food they were eating to sacrifices offered to idol’s hence who were they blessing or attributing blessing too? Whatever god they were serving in times past hence, their conscience was convicted at the eating of meat. When we eat who are we instructed to break bread and give thanks to? According to Yahushah who by example demonstrated when feeding the multitudes, he gave thanks to Abba (Yahweh) His and our Father if we are in Him. (Matt. 14:19) Who are you blessing and giving thanks to when you present the oils? Is it to man or to Yah? Satan always imitate’s and plagiarizes anything Yah does because that’s all he can do since he can’t originate anything but lies. His abuse of a substance doesn’t discredit Yah’s use of it. We give Satan glory when we do it in his name as opposed to Yah’s name and character and act independent of His Spirit.

Scripture teaches us that if we obey Yah’s word we will be blessed, and if we disobey we will be cursed, this is a fundamental law that is like the law of gravity it applies whether we believe it or live by it. What brings about lasting healing (wholeness) is loving obedience to YHWH by adhering to His word and being led by His spirit and it is in our obedience to His word and the leading of His Spirit that we receive results. It is by the stripes of Yahushah (Jesus) Christ that we are healed. He is the anointing that destroys every yoke of bondage in our lives. The information that I provide to you is for the distinct purpose of connecting you to the Creator of the oils and the substance that He uses has its benefit because He made it so, not for any other purpose.

I share the true treasure behind the essentials in the oils with the express purpose of connecting you with the Word of God which if applied to our lives brings restoration and healing. My ministry is one of reconciliation to YHWH and teaching believers how to live a sanctified, balanced life in Messiah Yahushah.

Working Woman’s Disease

The Working Woman’s Disease

Endometriosis is irrefutable proof that the American lifestyle is killing us. Upon my own personal research to find answers to combating the out of order growth of the endometrial tissue that should only be lining my uterus from growing outside of my uterus I came across a very interesting article. It has taken me a while to write this for my blog because I was still letting this new information marinate and the more I digest it the more I realize that this is very important information to make known.

“Endometriosis is among the more common gynecological diseases, affecting more than 5.5. million women in North America along. Statistics tells us that between 2 and 10 percent of women of reproductive age are afflicted with this condition, and that endometriosis renders between 30 and 40 percent of them infertile, making it the most common cause of infertility.”1

What got me interested other than personal experience with this disease is an article I came across just a few weeks ago. After undergoing six surgeries and twelve years of marriage childless I stumbled across this article that helped me understand the spiritual root behind this disease and understand how 5.5 million women in North America could be plagued with it.

“Those who are sexually active in healthy relationships are less likely to experience endometriosis attacks, and the attacks are less severe for them. Korean researchers have labeled endometriosis a “working woman’s disease” for this reason.”2

Let me explain a little, before I married I lived in Atlanta, I didn’t have endometriosis not one single solitary symptom until my first menstrual cycle in Atlanta. I had absolutely no pain during my cycle until that time and I had menstrual pain the entire time I lived in Atlanta, even after the surgery. I was able to greatly reduce the pain, amazingly not because of anything the doctors did, but as a result of researching natural remedies that I found out that raspberries, black berries, and the like actually subsided the pain. My cousin who is an Acupuncturist explained to me why and after a year or two of having to take loratabs, morphine, percocets, to knock out the pain the fact that I could have ended the madness with a handful of berries and staying away from sugar during that time of the month needless to say made me mad with me and my doctors, for the very same reason, ignorance. Ignorance is a costly expense and so rightly scripture advises us the consequences of it in Hosea 4:6. He doesn’t say the world perish but his people perish for lack of knowledge and Lord knows what I didn’t know about this disease and about Yah’s natural medicine was killing the life that was meant to be birthed from me.

However, why these words mentioned above was interesting to me is I remember the first doctor I went to who did my diagnostic laparoscopy basically said having children would stop the pain. Well of course as a believer, unmarried, this was not a biblically acceptable option for me at the time and since I didn’t have a boyfriend therefore marriage was not in the works I felt like I was caught between a rock and a hard place. He didn’t neglect to let me know that the disease would return so I should have all the children I wanted to have and then close up shop (hysterectomy) to rectify the issue. Well, obviously at age 23 that didn’t sound like the option I wanted to take either.

Very interesting note I remember is that my cycle in other places didn’t yield any of the pain I received in Atlanta. It was as if the plague was only there for me. When I moved to Louisiana pain stopped, I could just visit California during my cycle and absolutely not one shred of pain. Wouldn’t have known I had a cycle except for the fact that I was bleeding. For some odd reason there is no statistics that can be found that breaks down the location that this disease is most prevalent in the U.S. but I would almost bet Atlanta, GA ranks high up there. I remember when I moved to Louisiana I remember how much calmer the environment was. Atlanta, was always a busy place to me, my mind was always constantly racing even when I wasn’t doing anything I felt like I should be. There is always a hustle or desire for more that I just felt I had to have this or that, it was a constant issue. I can’t count how many women (especially women of color) I knew who had either endometriosis, or some other reproductive disease they were dealing with. Many left infertile others having children and having to simultaneously deal with their reproductive issues.

Like the old song goes, “God is trying to tell you something”. God was indeed telling me that Atlanta, GA was not the place for me to live. The signs were clear but of course when you are trying to walk by faith as you understand it you just assume that the devil is trying to keep you from your blessing. However, more than likely looking back I believe Yah was trying to get me to change my focus. The direction of “career woman” had too high of a cost and I was willing to pay it to obtain that “American Dream”.   However, it has made me an activist to return women back to the biblical order that was established for us so that no other woman has to suffer as I did.

So fast forwarding to this observation by the Korean researcher I immediately thought about this scripture when I read it,

Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety. (1Ti 2:15)

In our rebellion as a nation to try to do anything a man can do we have found ourselves suffering because once again we have made something a focus that Yah hasn’t made a focus. No matter how much money we make or fame we achieve there is a deep part of every woman that is given to us by God to birth something. We have to ignore that part of ourselves in order to embrace this Western ideology that competing with men is something to be grasped. Our quest for equality in every area has led to the current legislation on the books to erase gender roles altogether. That is the end result of proving that women can do what men can do, without questioning whether or not we should even want to. Let’s face it there are some beautiful experiences that Yah has given only to women to experience. No man will be able to nurse a child, or feel a life growing inside of them. This is a beautiful gift that in our desire for other things we have lost sight of.

The ill’s of our society, concerning obesity with children, juvenile delinquency, teen pregnancy, STD’s, and the like all goes back to homes where there may be career women, working women, single parent women, independent women, all available, but no mother’s. No one there to nurture them in the word, to encourage them to be all they can be, despite popular opinion that is not the responsibility of the Army to do, but we as women fulfill that role. The added plague of the African American community is the necessity for women to be a working woman because of single parent homes, in many cases as a result of we as women choosing to sleep with men without commitment, but also in many cases because of men who have chosen to break the marriage covenant. There is enough blame to go around and the purpose of this article really is only to point out the problem as a means of understanding that the solution is within our grasp. The problem is always rectified by doing the opposite of the cause, hence, repenting, returning to the Father’s pattern for us as women.

Just consider it, who feeds the family? Women, we are the chef’s of the home, as well we should be because even nature itself reflects that it is our responsibility to feed the household. When both parents are working this means that home cooked meals are less likely to occur. This means that we are entrusting the world to look out for our families health. Well, we see how well that is working out for us. Do you really think McDonald’s is going to be concerned with providing adequate food for providing the nutritional needs of your home? Who else is going to stay on top of policies that affect the home such as, GMO experimental foods, rBGH hormones being pumped into cows, mercury in our lakes, food colorings, preservatives, artificial flavorings, and the hundreds of different garbage items being put into the things we have as options to purchase for consumption? These are not things that concern men, but they should concern us, and the lack of concern by us as women due to our being distracted by things that should not have to be our concern has caused the debacle we have today.

There is a home position that desperately needs to be filled, and this position doesn’t come with any immediate perks, doesn’t pay in green paper, and in most cases is devalued by society and many family members. However, its impact on future generations is worth its weight in gold. Your administrative skills, culinary skills, healing skills, and teaching skills are all needed and you don’t need a car, suit, or even to leave your home to accomplish it. If we have any hope of returning to a healthy society the Homemaking, Woman of God, Daughter of YHWH, Virtuous Wife, must return. It doesn’t start in the head, it starts in the heart, so I encourage you whoever you are, where ever you are, to return to your post because your position is vacant and only you can fill it. Only you can do it and know that Yah is for you, he will guide you, and he can help you.

Banana Berry Cream Supreme

Lactose Intolerant lovers special this will surely be a favorite delight for the whole family…

Okay, so as many of you know if you had a chance to read my review of the different blenders that I have been raving about the Nutribullet 900HP.  Well, after seeing in Wal-Mart an actual device that takes frozen bananas and make them into ice cream I decided to give my nutribullet a new task.  It was daunting and the outcome unsure, but if I could make my home famous dairy free banana ice cream in my nutribullet it would solve a whole host of problems, but I wanted to tweak my recipe just a smudge by adding some other healthy ingredients to actually make ice cream not only yummy but Ultra healthy as well.  Well, I am posting it because my experiment was a HUGE success.  So much so that I won’t have to buy another device but rather I can use my ole faithful Nutribullet which is proving to be a heavy contender for fully replacing my Vitamix 3600.  I tell you sometimes the best things come in the smallest packages or shall I say bullets.  🙂  So here it goes…

Trust me you will want to do this with the Nutribullet I have tried this frozen treat with both the Ninja Healthmaster and Vitamix 3600 and it just can’t cut up those frozen strawberries without taking lots of time and overworking the motor, but the Nutribullet takes it like a champ.  For the first time it took me less time to make the ice cream than to prepare it.  The time factor and the work that it required of my blender is what caused me to stop making this dessert.  Trust me the Nutribullet is worth its fractionated investment.  Especially when you consider portability, ease of use, time, cleanup, proportion, and expense.  This baby can still be purchased for far less than either the Ninja or Vitamix can.
